Using Wiggles and Wags
Wiggles and Wags provides booking, scheduling, and payments tools for dog-walking teams. You're responsible for your account, your team's access, and the accuracy of the services, prices, and policies you publish to clients.
Accounts & security
Every user must keep their credentials secure and complete two-factor authentication. You're responsible for activity under your accounts and for promptly removing access when someone leaves your business.
Payments, fees & payouts
- Payments are processed through Stripe; you must accept Stripe's connected-account terms.
- Each location is paid out to its own connected account; Wiggles and Wags collects a platform fee per transaction.
- You set deposit, cancellation, refund, and no-show policies; refunds follow the policy snapshot taken at booking.
Acceptable use
Don't use Wiggles and Wags to break the law, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that put clients, payments, or the platform at risk.
Service & changes
We work to keep Wiggles and Wags available and may update features over time. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms or to pricing that affects you.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Wiggles and Wags's liability is limited as set out in your order or master agreement.
