Who we are
Wiggles and Wags provides booking and payments software for dog-walking businesses. When a dog-walking business uses Wiggles and Wags, we process data on the dog-walking business's behalf (as a processor) and for running our own service (as a controller). This policy covers both.
What we collect
- Account data — names, emails, phone numbers, and roles for owners, admins, and walkers.
- Booking data — appointments, services, schedules, and location details needed to run the platform.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe. Card numbers never touch Wiggles and Wags's servers; we store only references and amounts.
- Usage data — logs, device and browser information, and analytics used to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, process payments and payouts, send transactional messages (confirmations, reminders, receipts), prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate — including Stripe for payments — under contracts that limit their use of it. We may disclose data when required by law.
Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Clients should contact the dog-walking business they booked with; dog-walking teams and staff can contact us directly.
Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with encryption in transit, scoped access, and audit logging. See our Security overview for more.
